Constantino Diatta
Constantino Diatta is an agronomy engineer specializing in rural economics, graduated from the prestigious École Nationale Supérieure d’Agriculture (ENSA) in Senegal. He also holds a master’s degree in agricultural value chain development and agribusiness entrepreneurship. From the beginning of his studies, Constantino has distinguished himself in the agricultural entrepreneurship sector, particularly in farmer training. Since 2021, he has co-founded Push’ Agri Farm and currently manages partnerships and fundraising efforts for the company. This enterprise excels in both theoretical and practical training in aquaculture and agroecology, the sale and installation of aquaculture infrastructures, and the sale and stocking of fish fingerlings, including clarias and tilapias. Constantino is passionate about training aspiring entrepreneurs and producers, integrating aquaculture with agriculture and livestock farming. His curious and innovative spirit also led him to create, along with a former colleague, a consultancy specialized in the analysis and processing of agricultural data software, with a strong focus on geomatics and environmental mapping. His extensive expertise in general agronomy, livestock farming, rural sociology, agricultural value chain development, and agro-entrepreneurship support is dedicated to helping vulnerable producers across various agricultural value chains. His goal is to enhance their resilience to climate change. This ambition naturally led him to join the NGO Entrepreneurs du Monde as the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Manager, where he uses his skills to stimulate rural development and improve agricultural productivity. Constantino Diatta is pursuing his ambitious dream of becoming a significant player in rural development by promoting a new form of income-generating agriculture. Join him in this essential vocation for a sustainable and prosperous agricultural future.
